Californian white sage is traditionally used as fumigation in shamanic and Native American cultures. Since the dawn of time it has been used in purification rituals, mainly religious rituals.
It should be remembered that sage has also been used in Europe for a long time in traditional medicine to heal and relieve. It helps purify the environment and the mind. It inspires peace and harmony.
